We cater our appointment times according to your individual needs. Our 1 hour sessions provide ample time to assess the complexity of your injury and treat your body as a whole. We want to ensure that your appointment never feels hurried or rushed!

The choice of attire will vary based on the location of your injury. In many cases, we need access to the skin, making shorts and singlets the standard choice.

We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm.

Physio Consultation
ACC: $55 per session (60 mins)
Arrowtown Lifestyle Village (ACC): $60 (60 mins)
Private: $80-$130 (30-60 mins)

For ACC subsidized appointments, we typically prefer to treat for 1 hour, however, if you have time constraints, we can accomodate shorter sessions at the same cost.

We'll discuss this after we've evaluated the situation and determined the extent of your injury. Some injuries may require only a few appointments, while others may necessitate more extensive rehabilitation.
